Ilya Somin is an Associate Professor at George Mason University School of Law, a Co-Editor of the Supreme Court Economic Review, an adjunct scholar at Cato Institute and a writer of the most famous and popular blog on constitutional law and politics, The Volokh Conspiracy. The title of the lecture is also the title of his forthcoming book.
His host, Prof. Aristides Hatzis will introduce him (and the topic) and moderate the discussion.
